    Growth & GTM

    You’ll own how SamSearch reaches and converts government contracting teams. We’re looking for someone who can run experiments, own demand gen, and shape our go-to-market playbook in the GovCon space.

    What you’ll do

    • Design and run demand generation and lead-nurture campaigns
    • Own growth experiments (landing pages, email, paid, content) and report on results
    • Work with product and sales to align messaging and positioning
    • Help define and track GTM metrics and pipeline contribution
    • Support content and SEO initiatives for the GovCon audience

    Skills we’re looking for

    • ·Experience with B2B growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
    • ·Comfort with data and basic analytics (funnel, conversion, attribution)
    • ·Strong writing and positioning for technical/B2B audiences
    • ·Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly
    • ·Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar

    Experience

    • ·2+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM in B2B or SaaS
    • ·Track record of running campaigns that drove pipeline or signups
    • ·Experience working with sales and product teams
