10 BLDG (422 CAMERA) CCTV SYSTEM UPGRADE

Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, parts and labor necessary to remove and replace Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras & Systems as required in the Statement of Work (SOW), to include Digital Video Recorders (DVR's), Cameras, Uninterupted Power Supply (UPS), Power over Ethernet (PoE) Switches, and Monitors in 10 Dormitory Buildings. Contractor will use existing Cat 6 cables.
 

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this sources sought,  either before or after closing date. In the event the Government cancels this sources sought, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought announcement FA461326Q2005, for work at F.E. Warren Air Force Base (FE Warren AFB), Wyoming. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmith) with a Small Business Standard of $25 Million dollars is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. No award will be made from this sourc es sought announcement. No solicitaion is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. FE Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement in Attachment 1- Statement of Work (DRAFT). All interested parties are invited to send a capability statement that should briefly describe how your company can satisfy the  requirement described above, provide comments on the attached statement, and submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement. All comments and questions need to be submitted electronically via email.

Please ensure your capability statement includes:

• Years of experience your company has for the requirement or similar in nature
• All pertinent information where your company has provided these products
• Statement that you have the capability to provide ALL requirements stated within the SOW
• Any questions that your company has regarding the  SOW and/or this notice
