(iii) Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the construction of the Pararescue Parking Lot at Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, NY. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for Project Number WKVB222301.(iv) Magnitude of Construction: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated price range of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000.(v) Period of Performance: The contractor shall complete all work within ninety (90) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).(vi) Site Visit (Highly Encouraged):An organized site visit has been scheduled. (viii) Required Submissions: Offerors must submit the following to be considered for award:1. Price Quote must, including a firm-fixed-price for the entire scope of work.2. Technical Capability | Preliminary Construction Schedule (outlining the 90-day PoP and Resumes for Key Personnel (Project Superintendent and Quality Control Manager). 3. Bond Acknowledgment | A statement acknowledging the capability and intent to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 days of award notification. Request for Information is due by COB 2 July 2026 and Quotes are due no later than 15 July 2026 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. (ix) Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the Best Value to the Government, price and technical acceptability considered.
