    This is a sources sought notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S.
    Government highly encourages all small businesses to respond to this source sought.

    The proposed sole source vendor is Remnant Operations Group, LLC. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive, turnkey training support services to plan, coordinate, and execute a Battalion-level Validation Exercise (VALEX) for the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) [10th SFG(A)]. To foster highly adaptable and realistic operational environments, the exact duration of the VALEX remains undefined, enabling the Contractor to propose and execute multiple concurrent and sequential operational concepts. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.. Performance will be at Fort Carson, CO. The anticipated period of performance is 01-17 September 2026.

    The regulatory authority for the contemplated sole source procurement is the use of simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services in accordance with RFO Part 12 and RFO 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The statutory authority at 10 U.S.C 3204 3304(a)(1) applies.
