Portable Toilets and Handwashing Stations

This is a NATIONWIDE agreement.

Purpose of the Amendment: The purpose of Amendment 007 is to conduct the 2026 annual review of previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements and to reopen the solicitation allowing new vendors to submit quotes. Amendments issued prior to this amendment 007 are not required to be submitted.

Description of Changes:  The applicable clauses were updated, and the most current wage determination is incorporated. Please review the solicitation in its entirety.

• - D.1 - Updated to include use by State, and Federal wildland fire agencies.
• - D.2.1.3(c) and D.21.8.1(c) - Improved for clarity.
• - D.5.1 - Updated to clarify that "Radius" is used when calculating distance.
• - D.24 - Improved for clarity.
• - Updating all Clauses, Wage, Exhibit E, F and G with updated documentation.
• - Removed E.1(3) Requiring submission of license to operate or statement for all states/counties being applied for.

Period of Performance expected: 05/01/2026 to 06/30/2027

Portable Toilets and Handwashing: Purpose of the Amendment: : The purpose of Amendment 006 is to conduct the 2025 annual review of previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements and to reopen the solicitation allowing new companies to submit quotes. Amendments issued prior to amendment 05 are not required to be submitted.

Description of Changes:  The Period of Performance has been extended, clauses were updated and the most current wage determination is incorporated. Please review the solicitation entirely.

The Closing Date and deadline for receipt of proposals in response to Solicitation RFQ 1202RZ22Q0002 is no later than 14:00 Mountain Time, February 20, 2025

The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for the Supply & Service of portable toilets and handwashing stations, in order to implement a multiple I-BPA (Incident-Blanket Purchase Agreement). This multiple I-BPA  will be for Local, Regional, and National fire suppresion and all-hazard incidents.

Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside.

Provide quote by 1400 hours, Central Standard Time on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022.

(See E.1 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror in Section E). All supporting document shall be submitted in a single .pdf file as an attachment to the submission email. Faxed quotes will not be accepted.
