The number of rooms is estimated at 392 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 December 2024 Through 30 November 2025 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within a week of this pre-solicitation posting.
