187TH MXG HANGER FLOOR RESURFACING

The 187th Fighter Wing at Dannelly Field, Montgomery, Alabama, has a requirement for non-personal construction services to resurface the hangar floor in Building 1201. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform the work as described in the attached Statement of Objectives.

This requirement is being solicited via the attached Standard Form (SF) 1442.

The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance.

A site visit is highly encouraged for all interested offerors.

• Location: Attendees will meet at Building 1502, Wing Headquarters, Dannelly Field, Montgomery, AL.

Site Visit Registration: Due to security requirements, all attendees must pre-register. Please email the following information to MSgt Douglas Seaton at douglas.seaton@us.af.mil at least three (3) business days prior to the site visit:

Failure to provide this information may result in denial of access to the installation.

Questions Regarding this Solicitation

Submission of Offers

Offers must be submitted electronically to Douglas Seaton at douglas.seaton@us.af.mil no later than the response date and time. A complete offer package must include:

1. A signed and completed Standard Form (SF) 1442, including the Offeror section (Blocks 14-20).

2. A completed Section 00 10 00 Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Schedule with pricing.

3. Completed representations and certifications as required in the solicitation document (or confirmation of current registration in SAM.gov).

4. A minimum of two (2), and a maximum of three (3), past performance references for recent and relevant projects.

5. Acknowledgment of any and all amendments issued.

Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
