19TC1025Q0003 DIPLOMATIC POST OFFICE (DPO) SERVICES

The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes for a qualified contactor to perform Diplomatic Post Office Services for purchase of two properties in the United Arab Emirates for the U.S. Government. If you would like to submit a quote, carefully follow the instructions given in the solicitation package attached to this notice.

Quotes are due by March 20, at 10:00 am (UAE time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov  with subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ # 19TC1025Q0005. Quotes must be in English and price must be marked in local currency (AED). Incomplete quotes will not be accepted.

2. Section I, Pricing

3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications

4. Additional information as required in Section 3

5. Proof of SAM Registration

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Offerors are highly encouraged to register on www.SAM.gov immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
