If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 10:30 am Tashkent time (GMT+5) on July 2, 2025 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov.
Quotations are due by 12:00 pm Tashkent time (GMT+5) on July 18, 2025 and must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation 19UZ8025Q0024 Enclosed" to the following address:
