SUBJECT: Legal Consultation Services for U.S Embassy Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

REFERENCE: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) NUMBER 19UZ8026Q0004

The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent invites you to submit a proposal to provide legal consultation services for local labor issues.

The Embassy doesn’t intend to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, all prospective offerors/quoters should send their questions to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before November 17, 2025.

For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1. Page 2: SF-1449 Section 1, Block 17, 30
2. Page 5-7: PRICE CONTINUATION TO SF-1449
3. Pages 31-32: Additional information as required in Section 3.
4. Page 37-57: Representations and Certifications in Section 5.

Bidders must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. Registration information is available at https://sam.gov/content/home. As registration may be a lengthy process, interested bidders should initiate the registration as soon as possible. The resultant SAM number must be provided with the proposal submission.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Interested bidders should send their quotation by email to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before 12:00 p.m. November 17, 2025 GMT+5 Tashkent time.
