19WA8025Q0033 - DOMESTIC CLEANING SERVICES AT RESIDENCES. SOLICITATION

The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:  Domestic cleaning services at several leased and owned U.S. Embassy residences in Windhoek. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which are added in this full solicitation which will be published on this platform.

The U.S. Government may award the contract to a responsible and experienced company who submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price, without any discussions. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract for its duration. The U.S. Government hereby issues the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website as from today May 06, 2025. The due date for submitting a propsal/quotation is May 16, 2025.
