means will NOT be considered unless expressly authorized by the contracting officer via solicitation
amendment.
Addendum 52.214-6 Explanation to Prospective Bidders
Requests for Information and questions regarding the scope, specifications and drawings or any other matter regarding this Invitation for Bid must be submitted to the contracting office points of contact by email no later than 5:00 PM MDT on August 6, 2025 (date should be one week before bid opening date).
Addendum 52.214-7 Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Bids.
If email submission of bids is authorized, the date and time of the initial transmission of the bid must be exact or prior to the time set for receipt of bids to be considered.
Complete bids shall include:
(a) Bid Offer - Standard Form (SF) 1442
Blocks 14 through 20c completed.
1a. The price must be represented in Block 17 as a number dollar figure and written dollar figure. (Example: $100,000.00/One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents.)
1b. All acknowledged amendments in Block 19 must have all SF 30s signed and included with the offer.
2. Applicable provisions or clauses requiring fill-in information required to be submitted with the offer.
(b) A Bid Guarantee IAW FAR 52.228-1.

The bid opening will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
1. Bid Opening will begin promptly on the date and time specified in Block 13A on the SF1442, unless amended by an SF30.
