This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; quotes are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson Fitness Centers is seeking a maintenance and service contract for our facility access and surveillance system at multiple facilities located on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to inspect, repair the facility access and surveillance systems located on JBER. The contractor shall have the experience, training, certifications, necessary to work on the equipment installed at the fitness centers; see the Performance Work Statement for complete details.

All quotes submitted in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) must reference RFQ number FA500025Q0034 to ensure proper identification and processing.  Only written quotes will be accepted; oral offers will not be considered. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, considering both price and other factors.  All firms or individuals responding to this RFQ must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7.
