The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina, is the Contracting Activity in support of the Parris Island Museum to purchase three additional exhibit components to enhance the 250th Marine Corps Anniversary. The three components are as follows.
In addition to the three components, travel and installation by the contractor for the duration of the installation.
This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339950 with a size standard of 500 employees.
All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF1449 M0026325Q0052 attached to this synopsis.
Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their proposals in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), the government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors. If more than one quotation is received, quotations shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. Evaluations will commence with the lowest priced quotation. Evaluations will continue until at least two competiting quotations are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance.The Government will conduct a comparative assessment of the two competiting quotations that are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance. The award will be made to the offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair & reasonable price and to be the most advantageous to the Government.
