BUILDING LOCATION: Intersection of Arguello Road and Tuttle Asbestos abatement and HEPA cleaning and disposal of Class II Non-Friable asbestos containing materials (ACM) found in 9 x 9 vinyl composition floor tiles with black mastic adhesive in 2,016 square feet of the first-floor interior of Bldg. 870. Lead abatement and HEPA cleaning and disposal of 2,500 square feet of lead-based, glazed green ceramic wall tiles with mastic adhesive located in the warehouse storage area and back offices of Bldg. 870. The reason we are needing this abatement to be expedited is that we have contractual obligations that is requiring us to move Amentum from their current location to building 870 by the end of September. We need to get the abatement completed ASAP in order for their to be time to complete the renovations, install furniture and complete any other necessary work.
