    **Reason for updated solicitation: UPDATED pricing sheet** Five (5) phase pad-mounted transformers shall have the following voltage ratings: •112.5 KVA, 208Y/120, 12 kV •150 KVA, 480Y/277, 12 kV •300 KVA, 480Y/277, 12 kV •500 KVA, 480Y/277, 12.47 kV •750 KVA, 480Y/277, 12 kV In addition, the five phase pad-mounted transformers shall meet VSFB electrical requirements below: •All stainless-steel construction (includes tank, cabinet, base, radiators, fasteners, hinges, etc.),stainless-steel grade shall be 304L or 316L (if available). •"Pentahead" cabinet locking mechanism/device. •Dead-Front construction (HV-200A load break elbows with shield adapters). •Externally clamped LV bushings with threaded copper stud for full load current below 2,100.amperes - NEMA spades shall be provided per ANSI hole requirements. •Radial feed or Loop feed •Frequency: 60Hz. •Windings: HV/LV copper •Mineral Oil-filled (Non-PCB): Type FR-3 Fluid. •Standard impedance. •Mild steel high-voltage/low-voltage compartment barriers. •Cooling fins. •Proper grounding provisions. •Dial type gauges for oil temperature, liquid level and pressure/vacuum. •Bay-O-Net fuses & current-limiting fuses: properly sized - additionally, the transformer shouldbe equipped with three spare fuses. •Two-position "ON/OFF" load break primary switch •5-position tap changer: (-5%, -2 ½ %, 0, +2 ½ %, +5%) •Automatic pressure relief device mounted on the terminal compartment. •Oil drain valve with sampling device, and an oil-fill/oil-level plug. •Nameplate and NEMA safety labels: include a "UL Listed" symbol on ratings label andnameplate. •Compliant with 2016 DOE Efficiency Standard. •Four (4) lifting lugs. •Entire exterior of the pad-mount transformer and terminal components shall be painted with aMunsell-Green, outdoor color-finish. •Guaranteed to have an average coil winding temperature of 65°C rise over an average ambient airtemperature of 30°C when operated at rated voltage and load conditions. •Provide DGA test to verify conformance to performance requirements as outlined in the latestrevisions of ANSI C57.12.00 and ANSI C57.12.90.
