    NOTE: Questions must be entered on Attachment 5 “RFI Listing – Apparatus Performance Testing” and emailed to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer by 1200 EST on Thursday, June 18th, 2026. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation. Offerors will have an opportunity to review the responses to RFIs prior to submitting their quotes. Do not contact anyone other than the Points of Contact provided in regard to this solicitation.
