The required service is a complete inventory of all backflow devices installed on facilities identified in the JBA Cross Connection Survey Building List J.B. Andrews facilities; and to ensure that all devices are installed properly and are in compliance with the most recent codes and regulations specified or referenced in DAFMAN 32-1067, UPC section 603, and ASSE standards 1001 through 1103. The project will also perform an assessment of the same facilities identified in the JBA Cross Connection Survey Building List, to include the systems and equipment inside the facilities, and to give recommendations of where new, or additional, devices should be installed to ensure all plumbing systems are in compliance with the most recent codes and regulations specified or referenced in DAFMAN 32-1067, UPC section 603, ASSE standards 1001 through 1103, and AWWA M14, C510 and C511. The 337 facilities identified in the JBA Cross Connection Survey Building List require surveying. See Performance Work Statement for additional details.
