To include monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and additional requested cleanings to be in line with parameters defined in the contracts Performance Work Statement (PWS). The scope of this requirement extends to cost associated with maintenance repairs, applicable reimbursable parts & materials, emergency repairs and additional wash down solutions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, certifications, and transportation as necessary.
