    Description

    The Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of the VA Western NY Healthcare System in Buffalo NY, has a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for Lista cabinets and workbenches. This solicitation is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Vendors. Quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP); evaluations will be based on Best Value Criteria, in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, and utilizing the evaluation factors of price and delivery schedule. Equipment is to be delivered Free On Board (FOB) to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY 14215. Quotes shall be inclusive of installation. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337127, with a size standard of 500 employees.
