366TRS-DET 6 AIRFIELD RECOVERY TABLETOP TRAINER

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the creation and delivery of 4 EA magnetic activity tables (72 in x 30 in) with accompanying magnetic 3D printed training pieces at Sheppard AFB, TX. 3 EA of the activity tables will be unique airfields and 1 EA will be a tent city, IAW with attachment 2- Airfield Tabletop Layout. The tables must come in parts for easy transport. The CAD designed and 3D printed models will be IAW attachment 1- 3D Printed Models. The 3D printed models must be high resolution resin printed and airbrush painted. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.**

The applicable NAICS code is 541420, and the small business size standard is $17.0 million. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.  

The solicitation number is FA302025Q0137 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
