    INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 anticipates soliciting quotes and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price Services Contract to retrofit 3 doorways existing doors and/or door locations to result in low-energy, power-operated swinging doors at White City VA Rehabilitation Center & Clinics, 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, OR 97503. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, and materials to retrofit 3 doorways, existing doors, and/or door locations to result in low-energy, power-operated swinging doors which are operable by pushing a button near the door, from both sides. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Quotes received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable NAICS Code is 561210 with a size standard of $47 Million. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about May 14, 2025. The period of performance is approximately 90-calendar days from the issuance of the award. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
