NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO), Montana Area Office (MTAO) intend to sole source the CO2 Fire Protection System upgrade. Award will be made to PRO3 as they are the designers of record. PRO3, Inc. will be providing manufactured components required for generator air housing CO2 fire suppression system as well as site-specific design implementation, consultation during installation that is propriety owned by Poole Fire Protection ¿ for the Yellowtail Dam Field Office located in Fort Smith, Montana.

This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1. The anticipated award date is December 4, 2025. Please note this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the products/services listed above. Any interested parties must demonstrate the ability to obtain and provide support of the PRO3 approved design. The deadline for submittals is October 21, 2025, 2:30 p.m. MDT.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
