BNL intends to compete the subject requirement, to be utilized within the United States. This requirement will provide for full and open competition. Note: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Need: BNL has the following requirements: Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work. BNL expects to make one (1) award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing (Size Standard, 1,000 employees), and the applicable PSC is 6640 Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. BNL intends to issue solicitation RFQ-459051 in support of this requirement by the end of May 2025. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm Fixed Price contract. At this time, BNL anticipates award date to be around August 2025. Delivery Date: BNL requires site acceptance test document no later than 18 months after award of contract.
