DLA Weapons Support (Richmond) intends to award a sole source, requirements type, long term contract (LTC) to Gentex Corporation CAGE 60420. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a justification and approval (J&A) for Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and Noo Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The estimated award is November 15, 2026. 10-year contract anticipated, covering 2-year base with (4) four 2-year option periods. Pricing will be structured with 3 pricing periods, Yr 1-4, with reprice at Yr 5-8 and Yr 9-10. Contract Program/Background: There is currently an existing 10-year LTC, SPE4AX17D9402, covering 31 NSNs which will expire 11/28/2026. This contract was issued as Unrestricted.
