    Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound is posting a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting Market Research to identify parties having an interest and recourse to support the requirement for 5,000 hour maintenance on Low Pressure Air Compressors (LPAC) onboard a DDG vessel located in Yokosuka Japan.

    The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

    Description of Supplies/Services The purpose of this acquisition is to complete 5,000 hour maintenance support, including consumables, repair parts, and replacement parts, for the #1, #2, and #3 LPAC, on a DDG vessel located in Yokosuka Japan.

    Pertinent Information

    1. Place of Performance: The worksite is at U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility SRF-JRMC, Yokosuka, Japan.

    2. Estimated Work Hours: Normal working hours scheduled for SRF work is between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:45PM JST, with a 45-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday.  All support service work needed from SRF-JRMC will be performed during this period.

    3. Period of Performance: 01 September 2026 to 22 September 2026 (22 Days)

    4. Workers must meet all Government entry criteria for Japan and must be able to obtain base access.
