    This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise for bids the project entitled ‘Modernize Short Stay, Project 506-21-103’ to be accomplished at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI. A solicitation is planned to be issued on or about December 2, 2024. The project’s general scope of work is to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, supervision, and all other necessary resources to accomplish the following work: This project will renovate existing patient rooms, specialty procedure rooms, staff areas such as nurse’s station, storage rooms, and locker rooms among others. In addition, this project will also upgrade physical security systems, replace the current Air Handler Unit, and recommission all existing air terminals.
