Offerors are to verify field conditions with a pre-bid site walk and (Requests for Information (RFI’s).
All construction work shall be completed during normal work hours, 7:30am-4:00pm. If off-hours and/or weekend work is required, it will be communicated and approved by the VA Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) in advance. Construction Period Services are to be provided by the Design A/E of record, Spees Design build, LLC.
