513 ERHS MISAWA COMMERCIAL WI-FI FY26

To support the ongoing operations of the 513th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron (ERHS) at Misawa Air Base, Japan, a reliable internet connection is essential. The 513th is currently engaged in the construction of K-Spans, a mission-critical task that demands consistent access to digital resources and communication channels. Connectivity is not a luxury --it is a foundational requirement for maintaining operational tempo, ensuring safety compliance, and facilitating coordination with command elements both locally and stateside. 
 
The main office, which serves as the central hub for planning, oversight, and administrative functions, requires Internet access for approximately 30 personnel. These individuals depend on network connectivity to access engineering documentation, submit reports, communicate with leadership, and manage logistics in real time. Without this capability, the efficiency and effectiveness of the mission would be significantly compromised. 

Providing secure, high-bandwidth Internet to both the main office and lodging areas is a critical enabler for mission success. It ensures that the 513 ERHS can execute its objectives with precision, maintain high standards of safety and accountability, and uphold the morale of its members throughout the deployment at Misawa Air Base.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
