The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC 27705 is seeking potential sources capable to provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to procure and install two upgraded LIM panels. One will be installed in the Cath-Lab on the 3rd floor of Building 1 and the second will be installed in the animal operating room located in Building 14 at the Durham VAHCS. This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all parts and performing all work. Procure 2 (Each) ISO Panels, Bender LIM IZ-1410. Remove bad LIM in the Cath-Lab and install, program and test one new LIM upgraded panel. Remove bad LIM in the Building 14 OR and install, program and test one new LIM upgraded panel. Power to each LIM will be isolated by VA Electricians and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures will be completed. Locks to be installed by VA Electric Shop and anyone working on the LIM removal or installation, including contractor personnel. All LOTO paperwork will be completed in accordance with VA LOTO procedures. All installed parts and materials shall be new. Coordination of each LIM removal and installation will be completed with COR, Electric Shop Supervisor and VA Manager of each location.
