Key Requirements: Compliance & Safety: The new normal and emergency electrical systems must be fully compliant with the VA Technical Information Library (TIL), the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Electrical Design Manual, and all up-to-date safety codes. The contractor must also strictly follow OSHA safety and Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures. Working Hours & Outages: Standard work hours shall be Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1700, excluding federal holidays.
