REQUIREMENT: 0001: The contractor shall provide a brand-new effort for portable shower facilities or structures, herein identified as shower units. The contractor shall provide service and maintenance on the shower units, as required. The contractor shall provide supervision of shower placement and/or replacement and removal. The contractor shall set up, install, maintain, take down, and transport all shower material and peripherals to and from the site upon completion. The contractor shall provide shower structures, including sinks. The facilities must accommodate up to 100 personnel, non-simultaneously. The contractor shall label separate male and female shower units. The contractor shall deliver each shower facility with a heating source. The government shall provide water and power sources. The contractor shall supervise and conduct the removal of gray water or wastewater and shower units. The contractor shall remain after the end of the contract period to manage the disassembly, closing out of the contract, and removal of equipment. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 05 July 2025 15 July 2025 LOCATION: Grant County International Airport NOTICE TO VENDOR(S): Funds are not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this combo/solicitation, either before or after the closing date of receipt of quotations. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the vendor for any costs.
