The DEPARTMENT of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Oklahoma VA Health Care System is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties WITH EXISTING CONTRACTS (i.e, SEWP, FSS, NAC, SAC, etc.) having the authorization, capablility resources to fullfill this requirement for DENTAL IMAGING SYSTEM UPGRADE for the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK.  This requirement includes but is not limited to the following:

• • • 1 Each – RecoPC Dell 3660XE 16GB
      • New Reconstruction Server Device Upgrade to replace existing Server located in Muskogee
      • Installed with Romexis 6.x Software
      • Compatible with existing Planmeca Imaging System
    • 2 Each – 3D Imaging PC (Dell3640)
      • New Acquisition PCs to support server upgrade to Romexis 6.x
      • Installed with Romexis 6.x Software
      • These will be replacing existing PCs that are utilized by our CBCT Promax3D units at Tulsa 91st and Muskogee Dental Clinics
    • 3 Days – Planmeca Tech Onsite 
      • Re-Train Users at Muskogee, Tulsa 91st, and Tulsa 51st
      • Re-Calibrate system to work with the new software
      • To reimage hardware and software at Muskogee and Tulsa 91st
      • Tech support on site during activation

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – DENTAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES MANUFACTURING.

The Period of Performance for this requirement is Four (4) months, beginning at date of award.

Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, this requirement may be procured through competitive means, or as a Sole Source procurement.  Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
