The Network Contracting Office 2 located at 20 Madison Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12203 is seeking to purchase 11 Emergency Communication Cellular Call Box System with installation, cellular service, and maintenance plan. (A) The intent of this Request for Quote is to enter into a one-year, Firm-Fixed-Price contract with optional years for cellular service, hardware maintenance and support, applicable software updates, and service calls for the Emergency Phone Call Box System. The period of performance shall be 12 months from the award date. (B) The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and software updates required to install and maintain the Emergency Call Box equipment. This is a solicitation for Knightscope Blue Light Emergency Call Box System - Brand Name or Equal, and the salient characteristics are identified in the Combined Synopsis document. Please see attached document ( 36C24225Q0830 Combined Synopsis ) for further details.
