Site Visit: Site Visit: The Government will host a site visit on August 4, 2026 (Tuesday). Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarize themselves with local conditions that may affect performance and pricing. Site visit is for all interested offerors prior to quotation submission. This ensures all vendors can assess ceiling structure, med gas routing, conduit pathways, lighting locations, network connections, and integration requirements. Attendance is not required to submitting a quotation. The Government will post a written summary of questions and answers (Q&A) and any clarifying information resulting from the site visit for all prospective offerors. Offerors are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding site conditions and constraints. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after award.
