    This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION and SOURCES SOUGHT for the Endoscopy Reprocessing Sink at the Wyoming Clinic Contractors that deem themselves capable of meeting the requirement shall provide the below information to Percy Johnson, Contracting Officer, at percy.johnson2@va.gov no-later-than Monday, March 24, 2026, at 09:00AM, EST, referencing (36C25026Q0396). Responses shall include: (1) Business Name and Address, (2) GSA Contract Number and expiration date, if applicable (3) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number and E-mail Address (4) DUNS and NAICS code (5) Business Size SMALL or LARGE (6) Type of Small Business (if applicable): service disabled veteran owned, veteran owned small business, 8a, HUBZone, woman-owned, etc. (7) A concern that is not a manufacturer of the supply shall provide the manufacturers name and size standard (8) Country of Origin. If the concern is the manufacture and the sole distributor, please provide documentation to that effect. Please see the requirements below: Salient Characteristics/Statement of Need or Work VISN10-515 WYOMING HEALTHCARE CENTER ENDOSCOPY REPROCESSING SINK General: This request is to replace the Endoscopy Reprocessing Sink at the Wyoming Clinic, a CBOC to the Battle Creek VAMC, for the Sterile Processing Service (SPS). The current equipment was original to the building and is noncompliant with VHA Directive 1116(2), and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards set forth by the Joint Commission, AMMI ST91. This has been deemed a Priority 1 replacement (Mission Critical) for the Gastrointestinal (GI) clinic s reprocessing area within SPS during the recent site visit and audit from the VISN 10 Chief Sterile Processing Officer (CSPO). The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. Warranty Requirements: General manufacturer warranty that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. All defects will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer at no cost to the buyer. The manufacturer directly offers a three-year warranty on the lifters on the adjustable height sink made by PureSteel Healthcare (requesting specific sink, documentation will be included in FORCE package). Technical Specifications (minimum requirements): Sole source/Limited Source letter will be sent separately if applicable: Endoscopy Reprocessing Sinks, quantity 1, will require the PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Brand, part number PS-97530-HA-03-301810B Required Specifications: Specifically designed for the cleaning of endoscopes Overall size 97.5 L x 30 W, height adjustable Three basins measuring 30 x 18 x 10 with telescoping drains Ergonomics including 45-degree wrist rests one per basin for a total of three), adjustable height by push-button access, and 10 gooseneck swivel spout sprayer with ergonomic grip Sink Light Hood, one in 4 L and one in 2 L Flat-bottom support shelf that mounts to pegboard backing, 14 x 12 x 1.5 Water resistant programmable timer with alarm function, minutes and seconds, 9.75 L x 4.75 H x 3 D Task Halogen Light, 27 gooseneck arm with 2X magnifier, water resistant BACK Wall Pegboard, height adjustable with the sink, 97.5 L x 24 H, standard pegs throughout Additional Accompaniments: Volume indicator etching plate, one per basin Wall mounted sink facet, 8 swing spout and lever handles LED Basin lights Gallon bottle holder Scope Buddy Shelf mount system, 10 L x 11 D x 5 H at the back, 1 lip in front Stainless steel wire baskets: Front facing slant, 12 x 12 x 8-1/4 Stainless steel basket size 12 x6 x 6 Workflow plates: Leak Testing Wash Rinse Three Bay drain kit assembly Services Required: Factory Assembly by the vendor of back wall pegboard, accessories, electrical wiring and channeling; final polish and cleaning Installation Implementation vendor representative onsite to oversee installation and provides in-servicing and education on equipment purchased Installation of loading carts and transfer carriages, quantity 4 Shipping and Handling Space/Utilities: No additional space is required; the VA will de-install old sink and connect plumbing and electrical once the new sink is in place. Care and Maintenance Requirements: As per manufacturer s instructions and industry standards. Place of Delivery/Performance: Delivery of the sink will take place at the Battle Creek VA, Supply Chain Warehouse building 145, located at 5600 West Dickman Road, Battle Creek, Michigan, 49037. There are no special requirements for the delivery company; a regular loading dock is available for standard semi-truck sized vehicles with forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling equipment. Hours of warehouse operation are 8:00am to 3:30pm EST, contact numbers are 269-966-5600 ext. 33203/33202. Battle Creek VA will be responsible for the transport of the sink to the Wyoming Clinic once installation timeframes are established. Hours pertaining to installation shall be determined between the Chief of Sterile Processing Service, the Facility Manager of the Wyoming clinic, and the COR/CO at the confirmation of the award process.
