The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with the NAICS Code of 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared. The delivery requirement is requested 30 days ARO. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response showing interest in this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be in the best interest of the Government. Responsible sources interested may submit a capabilities statement that proves by the preponderance of the evidence that another contractor can provide the specific products requested for James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. Responses must be received no later than 11:00am EST on 25 August 2025. No telephone inquiries or emails with questions will be accepted.
