NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: THIS IS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE FOR AVVIGO + MULTI-MODALITY GUIDANCE SYSTEMS FOR VISN-15: 36C255-26-AP-1461: This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 intends to award a one-time, Firm Fixed Price, sole source award to Wolfpack Medical Supply LLC. For the purchase of a AVVIGO + Multi-Modality Guidance Systems. This shall provide all equipment and accessories, installation services, and project management support use at VISN 15. The required AVVIGO + Multi-Modality Guidance Systems is exclusive and proprietary to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Boston Scientific. Wolfpack Medical Supply LLC is authorized to provide the required equipment. The intent is to procure the AVVIGO + Multi-Modality Guidance Systems mentioned above on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The primary North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334510. The most current Business Size Rating for this NAICS is 1,250 Employees .
