This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334510 CT (CAT SCAN) Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus, with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide a six (6) month lease with an optional six (6) months for a 64 Slice CT Scan Mobile Trailer to the Orlando VA Healthcare System, at Lake Nona located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Capability statements shall include the following business information: UEI number, business name, and address. Point of Contact (Including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) Business size and NAICS for the acquisition Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WO, Small Business, etc.) Provide a narrative that addresses your firm s ability to provide the services described herein. Provide past performance for this type of service. If you are a Government contractor holder on GSA, please provide the contract number. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to Victoria.roblesburgos@va.gov no later than December 19, 2025 at 4PM EST. Telephone responses will not be considered.
