Scope: The contractor shall provide, but not limited to all equipment, personnel, and services to complete replacement of existing chilled water pumps and condensate pumps on the ground floor of building 11 as indicated within contract documents. In these two pump rooms (G18 &G10), the contractor will remove all MEP material (pipes, ductwork, conduit, etc) that are not in use back to their source. The walls in both rooms will be prepped, sealed, and painted. Floors in both rooms will be refinished with epoxy coating. The chilled water pump room will get a sump well installed in the floor. Contractor needs to provide temporary services while the pumps are down. Building 11 runs 24/7 and the occupants cannot be impeded during shutdown. Presolicitation will be posted on or about 3/4/2025.
