The acquisition sought is an FSS-BPA that will cover consumables and supplies needed to produce a cost-per-reportable result (CPRR) at the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and New York Harbor Healthcare System. VA personnel utilize the equipment and consumables to perform in-house testing of immunosuppressants including, but not limited to, HIV Ag/Ab p-24, Tacrolimus, Sirolimus, Cyclosporine, Syphilis, Hemoglobin A1c, Estradiol, Anti -TG. The NAICS is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center (JJP VAMC) Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service, VISN 2 South, requires automated single platform immunoassay analyzers to perform a comprehensive menu of tests. Two (2) identical single platform analyzers are required due to staffing deficits, space availability, and cost savings/avoidance. The sensitivity and specificity of each assay should yield at least a 95% confidence interval. The selected analyzers will be used for Hepatitis testing, HIV, BNP (B-type Natriuretic Peptides), PCT (Brahms Procalcitonin), Tacrolimus, Cyclosporine, and Sirolimus testing and SARS Covid IgG SARS Covid IgG II. VA Harbor Healthcare System, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service, VISN 2 South, requires a one-year Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) contract to perform the comprehensive menu of tests including Hepatitis, HIV, and Tacrolimus. Testing will be performed on analyzers already in place in the VAHHS Laboratory. The current FSS-BPA with Abbott Laboratories, Inc. will expire on July 31, 2025. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received no later than COB April 17, 2025 will be considered for the purposes of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
