    Page 3 of 3 This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for the purpose of identifying potential sources for a future requirement and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. All information received in response to this notice will be treated as proprietary and will not be shared with other interested parties. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) requires a contractor to provide and install sixty-three (63) wall-mounted window shades (WWS) that meet or exceed all critical minimum requirements and the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must supply 32 upper window shades and 31 lower window shades, in varying sizes as specified in the SOW, and install them in the new Primary Care / Mental Health Building to allow control of shading in the new building, benefiting both staff and veterans. All window shades must be delivered and installed no later than (NLT) October 16, 2026. Please see SOW for the Salient Characteristics breakdown of the equipment and service requested.
