Generally, the requirement for lodging exists over the course of one (1) weekend each month. The number of rooms is estimated at 374 per year. The contractor shall provide lodging upon request by the Government. The tentative performance period will start 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2025 to include 2 option periods (years). This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part13 procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within a week of this pre-solicitation posting. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation.
