741 MSFS FLOORING (BLDG 500 BASEMENT STE 43)

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide answers to questions regarding this requirement.

2. Provide an updated Statement of Work and Attachment 1 (Floor Plan). These documents now reflect a total of 2,727 SF and 698 LF.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to change the offer due date to NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (NOON) MST, Thursday, 29 May 2025.

A Site Visit was conducted on Monday, 19 May 2025 to allow prospective contractors to examine the project site and ask questions regarding the requirements. Attendance was highly encouraged to ensure a clear understanding of the project scope and to facilitate accurate quote preparation.

Original Solicitation: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and materials to properly remove existing flooring and install approximately 2,727 square feet of hard surface flooring (plank flooring) to include approximately 641 linear feet of 4” rubber cove base using the direct glue down method of installation in building 500 on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and quantities prior to ordering materials. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with incorrect material orders due to inaccurate measurements by the Contractor.
