Description:  One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76, JP5 and/or JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
    17. Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Marseilles-Lavera, France).  The laydays commence 07 September and cancel 08 September 2025, and the period of performance will be about 75 days.

Set-aside Status:  N/A.  The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.  The Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
