7A--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE FOR SUNNET ITOA MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis SunNet’s iTOA Multi-Factor Authentication under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. This is also required under Executive Order 14028. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. However, all interest and capability statements, including prices, received by the due date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.

The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 (five) calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
