Solicitation Description Lexington Kentucky Veteran s Affairs Medical Centers located at Sousley R. The nurse call hospital communication software solution includes systems for connectivity to Lexington s Rauland Responder 5 (R5) nurse call hardware. The software shall provide a robust full disclosure archive of hospital trends (including safety, call volume, and response times, unit-based trends, nurse call events (by room, overtime, and staff visits to rooms), hourly and daily event trends with drill-down performance metrics, and event trackers showing real time events. The vendor shall provide all required hardware (including mounts and rails), software, and user interface requirements necessary to provide a fully functioning nurse call hospital communication software test solution.
