The 99th Contracting Squadron (99 CONS) is conducting market research and attempting to gather information from qualified, experienced, and interested vendors who can perform the services described herein. Please review the draft documentation included in this notice. Specifically, please review Attachment 1 – SOO Draft.
Request interested firms respond to the following:
Only electronic responses will be accepted. Responses may be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: jeremy.rivera.3@us.af.mil. All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads “F3G3FA5192A001 – 99 CS Training & Support Flex Service Credits” If this subject line is not included, the email may not get through email filters at Nellis AFB. Filters are designed to delete emails without a subject or with a suspicious subject or attachments. Attachments with files ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted. Ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xsls or .xls documents are attached to your email. All other attachments may be deleted.
Earlier submission is highly encouraged.
This notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in market research, identifying potential sources and as applicable, or assist the Contracting Officer in determining whether a future solicitation should be set aside. This notice does not service as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. Funding may not be made available to solicit the requirement. This Sources Sought is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
