$99M Construction MATOC. Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for a wide range of construction of building or engineering projects throughout the state of California to support military, IIS, DVA, and Civil Woks programs. This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 236220. This solicitation is a Firm Fixed Price using Best Value Trade Off Source Selection Procedures in accordance with FAR 36.303. Up to five of the most highly qualified offerors will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. A combined total of all contracts awarded under this solicitation shall not exceed $99,900,000 at any one time. Awarded contract(s) will have a five year performance period consisting of five one year ordering periods. The estimated overall value of this MATOC is not to exceed $99,900,000. MINIMUM CONTRACT AMOUNT GUARANTEE: The minimum guarantee amount for each contractor selected is $2,500.00 for the entire duration of the contract.
