    Description

    This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an announcement of a solicitation as no solicitation package exists at this time. The request is for informal purposes only. No cost data should be submitted. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Submittal will not be returned to the sender. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning only. NAVSUP FLCSD is seeking information from all potential sources to provide Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) with subject matter expertise to advise, assess, and equip NPS’s Regenerative Grazing Proof of Concept project. The contractor must maintain the highest skill levels and be an acknowledged expert in his/her field. See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (Draft PWS) for all tasks required for this service. Please submit your capability statement and the attached Market Research Questionnaire no later than Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST).
